Log into your customer account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number and a prepaid shipping label.
Secure Your Jewelry
Place the item in its original Royal Jewelers gift box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton along with all original certification documents and receipts.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master jewelers certify the condition of the returned piece, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
